Description
Come and try your hand at an ancestral Quebec skill, the arrow belt, which characterizes the image of the patriot. Your host will explain the history of the practice and help you learn the knots to create your own belt.

Jean Cadorette learned to dart in 1974 with the folk troupe Les Sortilèges. In 1976, Les Sortilèges dancers took part in the opening ceremony of the Montreal Olympic Games. They made the belts worn during the ceremony, which were seen by spectators the world over.
